Being a woman over 50, I have faced the baby weight that has stuck around for 30 years, constant dieting and diet disappointments, and the challenges of menopause.
I also faced the challenges of watching my numbers change; cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, and of course my weight. Do you “know your numbers?” Are your numbers getting out of control?
